UTV INC is proud to manufacture high quality USA made products for your UTV model. UTV INC stands behind our production 100%. If you receive an item and are unhappy with it please feel free to ship it back to us with a copy of the return / exchange form and we will be happy to refund the initial purchase price excluding any shipping charges. If you receive an item and it has a defect in the manufacturing process, does not fit, etc. please contact us and we will assist with a warranty exchange for your item. All warranty / fitment / installation issues will be dealt with as they arise. We will ask for photos, information, etc. of the issue you are having, please understand we are trying to assist you and a simple “Doesn’t fit, send me a new one.” does not justify a warranty replacement. If you ordered an item that does not fit your application, work with your other products installed, etc. you have 30 days to return the unused item from the initial purchase date. NO returns accepted after 30 days of purchase, regardless of your situation. All electrical items, and items that are custom made, have custom options, have your choice of powder coat, etc. (switches, bumpers, cages, seats, etc.) are FINAL SALE items and there are NO refunds or exchanges on them. If you receive an item damaged in transit, we will do everything in our power to try and remedy the situation with the shipping company, but the shipping company is ultimately responsible for the safe transit of the product to your door. UTV INC will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All orders take 1-2 business days to process, plus transit time. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties and taxes of the destination country. Every effort is made to ship orders when complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. You will be notified if we anticipate the item(s) to be on back order for an extended period of time. By submitting an order to www.UTVINC.com (EZ Ventures, Inc. dba UTV INC) you are agreeing to these terms stated and this is a binding contract between seller (UTVINC.com) and the purchaser (you).
